During holiday peak seasons (November and December), cards will be ready to mail or ship in 5 business days.
We’ll send you an email letting you know your order has been mailed or shipped.
If your order is being shipped via USPS, you’ll get tracking info.
Need it faster? Your Designs by Nicole can send your order via USPS Priority Mail or Overnight for an additional charge.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 14 days of the original ship date. You will receive a full refund minus shipping cost once item is received in orginal condition.
We’ll send you an email when we process the credit, generally within a week of receipt.
